Last week I happened to download the special edition of The Secret of Monkey (read: Monkey Island 1) Island for my iPod Touch.
Sierra and LucasArts were responsible for most of the good ones but unfortunately such games aren’t really made any more. Some of these include Monkey Island, King’s Quest, Indiana Jones and Day of the Tentacle, each of these titles having seen several installments. A lot of people who grew up in the Windows age missed out on a lot of DOS games, and probably don’t remember the good old adventure games.
